Hearty Beef Tagine
A classic slow-cooked stew with beef and aromatic spices.
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a tagine or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the Halal Beef Sausages (casings removed and crumbled) with chopped onions.

Add garlic, 7-Spice Baharat Blend, and other seasonings. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in tomatoes, chickpeas, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 1.5-2 hours, or until beef is tender.

Stir in chopped cilantro and parsley before serving. Serve with couscous or bread.
