Creamy Lentil & Date Soup

In a large pot, sauté onions and carrots in Organic Olive Oil until softened.

Add garlic and cumin, cooking for another minute.

Stir in red lentils, vegetable broth, and water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until lentils are soft.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of Premium Date Paste for a hint of sweetness.

Use an immersion blender to partially blend the soup, leaving some texture.
